Recruiters

As your legal career progresses, you will begin to receive unsolicited phone calls from legal recruiting companies claiming they provide top-notch and personalized service to only the finest attorneys. While you might feel flattered by these calls initially, you will soon realize that they are just cold calling everyone in and around your class year in the hopes that someone will stay on the phone for more than a minute. Then you will also realize that they are usually calling to gauge whether your dissatisfaction with your current job is sufficient for you to consider taking another job that is fundamentally identical.
